Every year, we're inspired by the stories shared at Elevate, Medallion’s annual healthcare conference. In 2027, we'll bring the community together again to chart what is next for healthcare's back-office work, clinical innovation and the business of care. If you have a bold idea, we want to hear it.

One question drives our mission year over year: how do we build a healthcare system that supports all?Elevate is a call to action for the innovators, disruptors, and visionaries shaping the future of healthcare.

Speaking at Elevate lets you share practical results with a national audience and connect with peers and partners. It is a chance to highlight work that advances strengthens operations, accelerates revenue and improves patient care.

2027 themes and tracks

In past years, Elevate sessions explored artificial intelligence, payer–provider collaboration, compliance and workforce innovation. The 2027 agenda will continue to reflect the most pressing and practical challenges in the field.

Final themes and tracks will be announced soon. If you have a story, case study or bold idea, we encourage you to apply.

What to expect

Speakers can present in different formats, including 55-minute keynotes and panels.

We ask that applicants include a brief outline that aligns with the program themes. If you have more than one idea, you may submit multiple proposals. A cross-functional Medallion committee representing different departments, backgrounds and areas of expertise will review all submissions.

Each proposal is scored anonymously against the same criteria:

Personal
Sharing your own experiences and learnings.
Specific
Dives beyond the surface level.
Relevant
Applies to the themes and the community.
Hands on
Allows attendees to feel involved in your narrative.
Practical
Able to be implemented easily and instantly.

Application timeline and selection process

The call for speakers opens December 1, 2026. Submissions close May 1, 2027, and selected speakers will be notified by June 1, 2027. For questions at any time, email elevate@medallion.co.
