Medallion makes the 2026 Inc. 5000 List, the most prestigious ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies
Medallion ranked No. 1961 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
This is our second year on the national list. Previously, we placed on Inc.’s Regional Pacific ranking — the 5000 is the full U.S. field, and a different bar to clear.
Every customer we work with is trying to solve the same thing: get providers licensed, credentialed, and enrolled fast enough that patients aren’t stuck waiting on paperwork. This recognition is really about them, and about the team that keeps building the systems to make that faster.
About the Inc. 5000 list
The Inc. 5000 ranks companies by three-year revenue growth. To qualify, a company has to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. Growth is measured against 2025 revenue.
Across this year’s 5,000 honorees, median three-year revenue growth was 130%, and the group collectively added more than 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, and Patagonia.
The top 500 will run in Inc.’s Fall print issue, and honorees will be celebrated at the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, October 14–16 in Dallas.
